Step Two: Search for availability of domain name that your customers can identify with your brand
If someone else has registered the domain name before you, you won’t get it. Step 5: Set all incoming emails to ceo@yourcompany.com to be forwarded to yourcompany@gmail.com
Login to your webmail by browsing to http://webmail.yourcompany.com , enter the userid and password.
Now Go to Mail > Auto Forward and enter the gmail address. Uncheck keep a copy of the message (Remember you have only 100MB quota). Check “Enable”.
Step 6: Set Gmail’s default sending address as branded email (ceo@yourcompany.com)
In the settings, you can find “accounts and import”. You can go to “Send mail as” options. There you can add another email account by clicking “ Add another email address”. After entering the name and email address, next step is verification. Enter the smtp server details as well as your login and password which you have made in the bigrock email dashboard. Now will get an email from gmail to your branded email id.
